Randy Noel and Rich Bowren State Farm are seeking an ambitious, sales-driven Account Manager to support two established State Farm agencies operating from one shared office. This unique opportunity provides access to two books of business, creating more opportunities to build relationships, generate new business, and increase your earning potential.
We're looking for someone who is energized by sales, enjoys building long-term customer relationships, and understands that exceptional service creates opportunities for additional business. Licensing Requirements
- Active Pennsylvania Property & Casualty license is required prior to your start date.
- Pennsylvania Life & Health license must be obtained within 90 days of employment.
- Full licensing support, study resources, and coaching are provided.
Prior State Farm or insurance industry experience is preferred but not required.
What You'll Do
- Generate new business through referrals, networking, prospecting, and lead follow-up.
- Conduct policy reviews to identify coverage gaps and recommend personalized insurance solutions.
- Quote, present, and close Auto, Home, Renters, Life, and other insurance products.
- Build and grow strong customer relationships that generate referrals and long-term retention.
- Cross-sell multiple product lines to increase household coverage and agency growth.
- Handle policy changes, endorsements, billing questions, and customer service requests with professionalism.
- Maintain a consistent sales pipeline while meeting or exceeding production goals.
- Collaborate with both agents to drive growth and deliver an exceptional customer experience.
What We're Looking For
- Pennsylvania Property & Casualty license required.
- Competitive, sales-focused mindset with a passion for achieving results.
- Strong communication, relationship-building, and closing skills.
- Self-motivated with disciplined follow-up and excellent organizational abilities.
- Ability to confidently transition service conversations into sales opportunities.
- Previous insurance, sales, banking, or customer relationship management experience preferred.
