Randy Noel and Rich Bowren State Farm are seeking a driven, licensed Account Manager to support two established State Farm agencies operating from one shared office. This is an outstanding opportunity for an ambitious insurance professional who thrives on building relationships, uncovering opportunities, and growing a book of business.

Licensing Requirements
- Active Pennsylvania Property & Casualty license required prior to your start date.
- Life & Health license must be obtained within 90 days of employment.
- Full licensing support, study resources, and coaching are provided.
What You'll Do
- Generate new business through referrals, networking, lead follow-up, and relationship building.
- Conduct comprehensive policy reviews to identify coverage gaps and recommend personalized insurance solutions.
- Quote, present, and close Auto, Home, Renters, Life, and other insurance products.
- Cross-sell multiple product lines to increase household coverage and strengthen customer relationships.
- Manage and grow an existing book of business through proactive follow-up and outstanding customer service.
- Build lasting customer relationships that generate referrals and long-term retention.
- Maintain accurate customer records and ensure compliance with agency and state insurance guidelines.
- Partner with both agents to achieve agency growth and production goals.
What We're Looking For
- Pennsylvania Property & Casualty license required.
- Previous insurance sales or account management experience preferred.
- Competitive, sales-driven mindset with a proven ability to achieve goals.
- Strong communication, relationship-building, and closing skills.
- Self-motivated with excellent organization and follow-up habits.
- Passion for helping customers while growing a successful insurance career.
