Randy Noel and Rich Bowren State Farm are looking for a highly motivated Acquisitions Specialist to help drive growth across two successful State Farm agencies operating from one shared office. This is an exceptional opportunity for a competitive insurance sales professional who wants more opportunities, more customer interactions, and more earning potential.
If you're energized by prospecting, building relationships, and closing business, you'll thrive in this production-focused role. You'll work with warm leads, referrals, and prospecting efforts while helping customers protect what matters most through personalized insurance solutions.
Licensing Requirements
- Active Pennsylvania Property & Casualty license required prior to your start date.
- Pennsylvania Life & Health license must be obtained within 90 days of employment.
- Full licensing support, study resources, and coaching are provided.
Prior State Farm or insurance industry experience is preferred but not required.
What You'll Do
- Generate new business through referrals, networking, outbound prospecting, and lead follow-up.
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified sales opportunities.
- Quote, present, and close Auto, Home, Renters, Life, and other insurance products.
- Conduct needs-based conversations and recommend customized coverage solutions.
- Cross-sell multiple product lines to maximize customer protection and agency growth.
- Follow up consistently to convert quotes into written business.
- Support existing customers with policy reviews and identify additional coverage opportunities.
- Partner with both agents to exceed agency production goals while maintaining an exceptional customer experience.
What We're Looking For
- Pennsylvania Property & Casualty license required.
